Where do you provide services?

Bottle Logic is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. For physical support in your wine cellar we are happy to drive within a one-hour radius of Grand Rapids (or farther based on unique proposals); advisory services can be supported virtually in any geography.

Do you have a recommended digital inventory system?

We highly recommend CellarTracker for the ability to assign a remote administrator (Bottle Logic), the usability and mobile app, as well as the depth of its community supporting tasting notes and wine drinking windows.

How do you price your services?

Each wine cellar project is unique, but generally any cellar organization or management engagement is charged on a per-bottle fee as well as an optional per-bottle fee for bar code labeling. Advisory services can either be built into an additional per-bottle fee or charged on a specific project or per hour basis.

What type of advisory services do you offer?

Pretty much anything and everything can be discussed related to wine and wine cellar advisory. From construction tips to direct cellar purchasing, we are here to support your unique wine needs.

What if I do not want to use an online inventory system? Can Bottle Logic still help organize my cellar?

Of course. We create custom support plans for each client cellar. One-time or on-going organization, new wine cellaring, and ad-hoc auditing of a cellar helps keep tabs on what you are storing and when you should be drinking which wine.
